Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Director to lead our technology department. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions to drive our organization's growth and success.

Duties:

- Lead the technology team in developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Manage the organization's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide strategic direction for technology projects and initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
